The Wall Street Journal profiles Anne Hawley, who has been director of the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston for over twenty years. Hawley is currently overseeing a 70,000 square foot addition to the museum that will open in 2012.

The Detroit-based chapter of Restaurant Opportunities Center United wasted no time after its founding to get its story out. It issued the most comprehensive report on labor practices in Michigan’s restaurant industry.
