With over six million people unemployed in the U.S., the effort needed to remain positive and engaged in a job search is a struggle. Jobs are few, and competition is fierce. Training, Inc., a program of the YMCA of Greater Boston, is highlighted in the Christian Science Monitor for providing encouragement and emotional support for people who have been out of work for a long time to continue their job search.
