GMA Foundations is pleased to welcome the Jessie B. Cox Charitable Trust  as a new client.  For the past 25 years, the Cox Trust has made annual grants of approximately $3 million in the fields of health, education, and the environment throughout New England. It has also funded a small, distinguished program of support for the development of philanthropy in the region. For GMA Foundations, this decision represents an exciting opportunity to resume work that it conducted from the time of the start-up of the Cox Trust in 1983 until 1995. The Cox Charitable Lead Trust’s grantmaking program has nine more years of operation before the Trust’s termination in 2017.
